Photos de Goldo – Terms of Service

Welcome to Photos de Goldo. By booking a session or purchasing products from Photos de Goldo, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer of $50 is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment can be made via Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the session may be rescheduled within 72 hours without penalty.

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the retainer.

• Weather-related reschedules will be accommodated at no additional cost.

3. Session Expectations

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without refund.

• Photos de Goldo is not responsible for wardrobe, styling, or missed shots due to client delays.

4. Image Delivery

• Edited digital images will be delivered via online gallery/download link within 1 week.

• Raw/unedited files are not provided under any circumstances.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

• All images remain the sole copyright of Photos de Goldo.

• Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use and share purchased images.

• Commercial use, resale, or reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

• Photos de Goldo reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability

• Photos de Goldo is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (illness, accidents, equipment failure, or weather conditions).

• In the rare event Photos de Goldo cannot perform, all payments will be refunded, and liability will not exceed the amount paid.

7. Client Consent

• By booking a session or purchasing from Photos de Goldo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
